Here we have some fine 1968 Rocksteady!
It’s Dermot Lynch (whose name might make you think he’s an Irishman, but he ain’t) on a DOCTOR BIRD 45 rpm 7" single "Adults Only" and "Cool It" DB 1115. It's a rare UK original, and this is the original 1968 pressing.
It plays VERY WELL, especially the nice clean “A” side which has only a few sleeve-marks. The “B” side has a couple of light scratches and sleeve marks and has a few clicks before the music starts.
I've seen records in worse condition than this selling for absurd knee-cap-trembling prices at record fairs.
It was cut nice and loud, so the music comes through beautifully with no problem. It's not quite a perfect museum-quality item, but it is well collectable, and will sound FANTASTIC on your good LOUD gear, because it certainly does on mine.
Are your initials SW? If so, you're in luck, because some plonker has written SW on the label.
Let's call the condition at least a good solid VG+ using the "Record Collector" magazine's standard of loveliness.
