Hello and welcome to this auction for these four rare vinyl records, which I have decided to sell off as one lot.

The condition of these vary from Fair / Good to Very Good / Excellent, all play from reasonably well to very well with the exception of some background scuffing, clicks and the odd jump although not all the vinyl records have serious flaws.

Slammin' Watusis / Original vinyl LP.

Recorded on Epic Records Ltd, 1988, In England.

Matrix side 1 ; 460754 1 A1.
Matrix side 2 ; 460754 1 B1.

Vinyl appears Excellent condition, both sides play very well, only minor hairline scratches which do not effect playback.

LP Sleeve appears Good / Very Good, has evident shelf wear, a small open part on the top of the sleeve, some creases in places and a small sticker to the front is visable. Inner sleeve is Very Good.

Th Faith Healers / Lido ; Original vinyl LP.

This LP appears in Very Good condition, plays well with some background vinyl clicks here and there. There is evidence of scratches and scuffs to both sides.
Recorded on Too Pure Records, 1992 in England.

Matrix side 1 ; STU MPO PURE 12 A1.
Matrix side 2 ; DANCE LIKE YER DAD MPO PURE 12 B1.

With a label credit which reads "thanks ian, dodgy".

LP Sleeve appears in Good / Very Good condition with evident shelf wear. The inner sleeve is Fair condition with a rip at the bottom.

Yabby U. / King Tubby's Prophesy Of Dub.Vinyl LP.

This LP appears in Good / Very Good condition, with noticeable sctraches on both sides although there is one scuff / scratch on tracks 1 through to the beginning of 3 at this point there is evidence of skipping. The audio is very good although has background noise in places.
Recorded on Blood and Fire Records, 1995, England.

Matrix side 1 ; BAF LP 005 A1. THE SUN SHALL BE DARKENED
Matrix side 2 ; BAF LP 005 B1. THE MOON SHALL BE TURNED INTO BLOOD.

The LP sleeve is in Good condition with creases and spot staining to the rear, the  inner sleeve is in Excellent condition.

Tsunami / Deep End ; Original Vinyl LP.

This LP appears in Very Good / Excellent condition on both sides, with hairline scratches and minor a scuff which had no effect on playback audio.The odd vinyl click in places can be heard.
Recorded on Simple Machines Records, 1992, In France.

Matrix side 1 ; MPO  SMR 13V  A2.
Matrix side 2 ; SMR 13V B2.

LP sleeve is in VeryGood / Excellent condition.
Printed inner sleeve is in Good condition, has a seam split at the bottom.

Please refer to the guide below for details on grading of the vinyl record on auction.

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."

As well as the above grades, Near Mint is often used as well; this is really for a record that appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them. For records which appear to fall between the accepted grades, + and - are also often added to the grading.

In addition to the basic grading, any individual faults should be noted separately such as if an otherwise Excellent cover has a name written on it, or a 7" single is missing its original centre etc.
