Description
Up for sale is an authentic 1985 US original first pressing of Slayer’s classic thrash masterpiece, "Hell Awaits" (Metal Blade / Combat / Important Records, MX 8020). This comes directly from my private collection and is a true one-owner copy.
CONDITION DETAILS: - Vinyl: VG-VG+ / Beautiful lustrous wax with only a couple of minor visual hairlines. There is one small "nick" right at the edge of side one. Roughly 1/8 inch in size. When tested it did not impact playback. Plays through great. - Jacket: VG condition. Shows honest cosmetic edge wear, corner scuffing, and minor ring wear on the back panel as pictured. No major splits or writing. - Insert: Original lyric sheet is included. Please note that it has a seam split along the edge (clearly documented in the final three photos), which is very typical for this vintage release.

SHIPPING: Packaged with care by a collector. The vinyl will be removed from the jacket and insert prior to packing to prevent any further seam splits during transit. Shipped securely in a dedicated cardboard LP mailer.
