Slayer Show No Mercy 12" Black Vinyl LP 33RPM Roadrunner RR 9868.

Original 1984 Dutch pressing of Slayer's debut album Show No Mercy, Roadrunner Productions B.V. (RR 9868), manufactured in Holland. Front sleeve has spelling error stating ‘Extra Track Agressive Protector’. The track is not listed on the rear cover, only on the record label where the track is actually shown as ‘Aggressive Perfector’

Provenance: Purchased new from HMV in 1984 (original £5.99 HMV price sticker still present on the front cover) and owned by the seller ever since. The shrink wrap has only been sliced approx. 1cm to remove the vinyl for playing — the rest of the original factory shrink wrap remains intact, along with the original hype sticker ("Extra Track: Aggressive Protector"). The record has had light use over the decades, always played on a Linn Sondek LP12, and plays cleanly with no audible issues.

Matrix / runout (both sides etched, confirming original Dutch pressing):

• Side A: RR 9868-A // 53991-1-J
• Side B: RR 9868-B // 53992-1-J

Includes:

• Original cardboard jacket, mostly factory sealed
• Printed lyric inner sleeve, front and back

Condition:

• Vinyl: EX — plays cleanly, no audible surface noise issues
• Sleeve: NM — largely shrink-wrapped, HMV and hype stickers intact; a couple of minor dings to the sleeve opening from removing/replacing the record over the years. See photo of bottom RHS front cover for minor wear; no writing, splits, or creasing beyond this
• Inner sleeve: VG+ — slight corner crease, no tears
