Sleep LP Brainchild 1988 Tremor/New Moon TR8807 Detroit Band -New, Sealed! There really aren’t a few few sentences that can do Chris Girard justice. He anchored Cinecyde with bass playing, vocals and songwriting. All the while doing other musical and art projects. His explosive talent reached out continuously. Here, he steps out creating the band Sleep, entertaining Detroit audiences from the mid 1980’s to the early 1990’s. The band received some incredible accolades and developed a great following. Chris walked away from Sleep and went on to create other musical partnerships, all the while playing in Cinecyde. Sadly, we lost Chris in 2019 after he made his contributions to Cinecyde’s disc, Vegetable Or Thing.
