The condition of the cover is *.  The front and the back cover are NM- because of the cleanliness and brightness.  Unfortunately, the spine is completely split and there is a 3 inch + split on the top right edge of the cover, and a 1/2 inch split on the bottom right edge of the cover.  These splits reduce what would otherwise be a NM- cover grade to VG- or less.
