Fast and secure shipping and handling. For secondhand hand items we often find it prudent to leave price stickers on so as not to risk tearing the sleeves as some sellers use the wrong stickers!!
Item will be posted within 7 days of payment received (or until cheque cleared), i usually post within 48hrs but the 7 days is to allow for any eventualities!
We wish to make it very clear that the only service we offer is a reliable, fast and well packaged shipment (please feel free to read our feedback in this respect). We ONLY ship via SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL . WE DO NOT SHIP SURFACE for packages that weigh less than 2 kilos. Please DO NOT request surface or second class shipping under 2 kilos.
Packages to outside the UK that weigh 2 kilos+ (approximately 6 to 7 LPs/12", or 30 singles/cds) are classified as parcels, for which you will be quoted the Parcel Force shipping rates. These rise in half kilo stages. To the USA/Canada/Japan/Singapore/Hong Kong/Taiwan/Korea/Australia and some other destinations, we will quote you two shipping options: Parcel Force International Standard (air mail with insurance) and Parcel Force Economy (surface with no insurance). There is NO Parcel Force surface shipping available to the following destinations: Belgium/Denmark/France/Germany/Greece/Italy/Luxembourg/Netherlands/Portugal/ Spain. To these countries the only services we can offer are small packet air mail up to 2 kilos (at the rates quoted above) or Parcel Force International Standard (air mail) thereafter.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept any responsability for items after they have been posted. It is very very rare that packages go astray (only once in over 1000 parcels) but if you are still worried then please request insurance, which we will be happy to give you a quote for.
