This is Ogdens’ Nut Gone Flake  by Small Faces from 1973.  I would grade this vinyl conservatively as VG+, but most of it seems NM.  The outer red jacket has some small tears on the front.  But the circular cut out opens up and is NM.  The photos you see show the actual item you will receive.  The album has been cleaned and will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard protective covering.  It is by Immediate Abkco Records AA-4225.  The songs found on this album are:
