THIS RARE LP STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY SHRINKWRAP ON IT AND WITH THE PROMOTIONAL STICKER "INCLUDES ICHYCOO PARK". THIS LP WAS STORED FOR MANY YEARS AND MAY HAVE BEEN PLAYED VERY LITTLE. THE COVER AND INNER SLEEVE ARE NM WITH SOME VERY MINOR EDGE WEAR ALONG THE OPENED END CORNERS WHERE THE SHRINKWRAP NO LONGER COVERS IT, OTHER THAN THAT, THE SLEEVE COULD PASS FOR NEW. THE RECORD IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, I WANT TO ALSO SAY, NEAR MINT, BUT I DON'T WANT TO OVERGRADE, I WANT TO GRADE CONSERVATIVELY SO THAT THE NEW OWNER WILL BE COMPLETELY PLEASED.
