Smashing Pumpkins / David Bowie - All The Young Dudes and Jean Genie. Black 7" vinyl to celebrate Bowie's 50th birthday in front of 15,000 fans at Madison Square Garden, January 9th, 1997.
A very rare opportunity to own this piece of alternative rock history.
Details are a little thin on the providence of this record but it has been acknowledged and featured as a very rare collectors item by the Smashing Pumpkins themselves!

"Unofficial or bootleg releases are not typically notable when reviewing the legacy of musical potency.  However, when considering the indelible mark forever imprinted on music artistry by Mr. David R. Jones (Bowie), we take a moment to highlight a rare piece of bootleg memorabilia.    On January 9, 1997, David Bowie celebrated his legendary 50th birthday celebration at New York City's Madison Square Garden in front of nearly 15,000 fans.  Billy Corgan joined David Bowie onstage for live renditions of "All The Young Dudes" and "Jean Genie".   This particular bootleg vinyl provides fans with a glimpse into the reverential relationship between Billy Corgan and David Bowie.  The  transcendence of art, music, and celebrity will never be forgotten, and remain as strong today as they ever were.  Whether you remember David as the Brixton Boy, Ziggy Stardust, or the Thin White Duke, his impact on the world remains substantial and timeless.   Keep Collecting!!"
Both record and sleeve are in absolutely brilliant condition. The item is listed as "used" but is in as new condition.
