A very rare opportunity to own this first UK pressing of the seminal masterpiece of alternative rock, Siamese Dream.
This is a UK first press on heavy and luscious 160g black vinyl. This version also features the lovely and unique matte finishing on the sleeve, as opposed to the gloss finish of all other versions.
I think possibly one of my favourite things about this record is that it still retains the "Made in England" sticker over the ISBN on the back. Lovely!
This is one of the rarest of all Siamese Dream 2LP's and goodness me, what a record it is.
From the thunderous openings of Cherub Rock and Quiet to the haunting introspection and sheer forces of nature that are Disarm and Mayonaise, it's hard to image this album first came out 23 years ago. There is literally no filler here.
The LP has been meticulously cared for and been part of my personal collection for over 15 years.
Although listed as "used" this item is in practically new condition. Sleeve is virtually flawless apart from some extremely light corner wear. The records show little, if no sign of play. I personally have never played them.
