Handmade covers:
Front has "SMEGMA" silkscreen on top, pasted on color graphic with "THE BOSS" rubber stamped on, and "Pigs For Lepers" handwritten.
Back has artwork by Ju Suk Reet Meate silkscreened with two rubber stamped areas which read :BUB ANTBONE MUDER ROOM" and "SMEGMA 1982".
Includes three inserts:
double sided 8.5" by 11" with collage on one side and credits on reverse
single sided 7.5" by 8.5" collage with various text
single sided 8.5" by 3.75" collage with text "And THEN tHe AnGry DUCKS said, "QUACK, qUAcK, QUACK"."

Later on, 40 copies with no covers were given full color silkscreen covers reproducing the original handmade covers.
it has on;y this insert . . double sided 8.5" by 11" with collage on one side and credits on reverse . It also does not have the 2 rubber stamps, instead , "PIG FACE RECORdS 007 1982 " is hand written wih silver marker.
The jacket has one bumped corner. There are no spindle marks on the record to indicate it has ever been played.
