Description
This is an ultra-rare clear vinyl edition of Sodom's Expurse of Sodomy EP. I won this record from my local radio station back in the late 80's, and it's just been collecting dust since. Record was only played once or twice and is scratch free in excellent condition. The sleeve has minimal wear and is in good condition. However, full disclosure, as I won this from a radio station, they had originally received this as a promotional item, and it is stamped on the front of the sleeve with the following statement: "Lent for promotional use only. Any Unauthorized sale or transfer is prohibited and void, subject to return upon demand by owner. Acceptance of this record constitutes agreement to the above." (Photo Attached). I have no idea if this was stamped by the radio station, or record label, it doesn't seem to have any legal ramifications, and I doubt it applies to a 40+ year old record, but buyer beware.
