Soft Boys NEAR THE SOFT BOYS 7" E.P. Robyn Hitchcock 1980
Here for auction is a very clean copy of the Soft Boys' 7" E.P. on Armageddon Records, featuring 'Kingdom Of Love', 'Strange' and a cover of Syd Barrett's 'Vegetable Man'. The cover remains in extremely clean condition, without dirt or marks except for a single light red fingerprint on the rear and some mild ring wear at the bottom left corner of the front cover – no bends or edge wear of any kind, perhaps miniscule rubbing is in evidence on the top edge. Both sides of the vinyl have just been played through with no evil to report. Side one's 'Kingdom Of Love' is entirely clean. On side two, 'Vegetable Man' is entirely clean except for some tiny surface noise as the song concludes, while 'Strange' is also clean save for two pops in the final 20 seconds of the song.
