Soft Machine Fourth Album - Original U.K. CBS 64280 . 1971 With Special Textured E.J. Day Sleeve with the figure 4 embossed front & back , very hard to find In Mint condition as the paper material used was very soft. great album with the band fully Immersed In the Jazz Fusion sound. recorded 1970. Hugh Hopper -bass guitar / Mike Ratledge -organ & piano /Robert Wyatt - drums / Elton Dean -alto sax & saxello . Joined by Roy Babington -double bass , Mark Charig -cornet , Nick Evans -trombone , Jimmy Hastings -alto flute & bass clarinet , Alan Skidmore -tenor sax . Record and sleeve In Beautiful ' as new ' mint condition . as with most of the mint / near mint records I am selling at the moment there are no ( or next to no )spindle marks .
