It's Love is the first of three albums by The Softies. Heartache, longing and ultimate finesse... ultra pop that can not be denied. Rose Melberg (Tiger Trap, Gaze, Go Sailor) teams up with Jen Sbragia (All Girl Summer Fun Band) for this combination of two guitars and two voices, creating songs that dig deep into your heart and soul - - - and you won't let them leave. There is a level of strength in The Softies' music that does not recede, the songs breaking over you beauty after beauty. The Softies' song from It's Love, "This House," was sampled by Lil Peep for his song "Ghost Boy." The cover art for It's Love was drawn by world-renown comic artist Adrian Tomine.
