Description
Solid VG copy of Nancy Steele’s incredibly rare 1958 LP Nitey-Nite on the obscure New York based label Chatam Records. Record has been ultrasonically cleaned and is ready to be enjoyed.
LP is clean with a few lines that do not affect play. Please note that because it’s pressed on shellac there is a thin layer of audible noise throughout, which is typical of shellac pressings. Side A is VG with a stronger presence of noise than Side B, which is much quieter and closer to VG+.
Jacket is also VG. It retains its glossy laminated front, whereas the back has some foxing as well as name stamp of previous owner. Two sides show clear tape to strengthen seams. Bottom of spine seam has some splitting, but otherwise all three sides are solid.
Record will arrive in a MoFi inner sleeve and outer sleeve. It will be professionally packed and shipped via USPS media mail. Let me know if you have any questions. Please see photos for details.
