Somethin' Else featuring: Julian "Cannonball" Adderley Miles Davis Hank Jones Sam Jones Art Blakey
The vinyl itself appears to be in great condition. I don't have a record player myself to test it, but no significant marks in the grooves that I can see.
Best I can tell from researching this one, this is a 1959 Repress 1st Cut. They printed this one many times with many different editions, so finding all the nuances between the editions to decipher which one this is was a little tricky.
The sleave front is in great condition, but the back has seen better days (see pictures).
