Description

This rarity is an acetate, a copy of a song pre-release cut to get approval of the final mix from the producers and artist.  This sounds like it became the final mix!  It sounds great all the way through.  The only difference I can detect between the final single and this pre-release acetate is that it goes on a bit longer than where the final single fades-but that’s a good thing. So you can be sure Jerry Wexler, Tom Dowd, Arif Mardin and Dusty Springfield received a copy—and now you?
