EMI COLUMBIA 33CX 1887 
The LP is in EX/EX+ condition. On side one there is no surface noise to speak of and almost no pops/ticks. There is a 3 rev tick very early on and a couple of possible 2 rev ticks near the end which were so quiet I wasn't certain about. Side two has no surface noise and almost no pops/ticks. The cover is in VG+ condition. Still clean and shiny, but some damage to the bottom right hand corner including a small split and a tiny tear on the left hand edge. Overall there are signs of age but it is still very presentable.
It's hard to express how good I think this record is! The playing from Kogan and Gilels is simply glorious, and the works themselves, not pieces which get heard that often, are all quite wonderful, not least the Ysaye which I had never heard before. I can't recommend it highly enough.
his LP comes from a large collection of records owned by a retired music professor that I am selling on his behalf. There are some gems in the collection which I will post for auction soon. I do no grade the records visually, I listen to them in their entirety and try to give as accurate description of the condition as I can.
