Description
You are viewing an auction for "Songs, Pictures and Stories of The Fabulous Beatles" - Vee Jay Records 1092. Cover and vinyl has been visually graded and being sold "as-is."
This is an authentic issue with a 3/4 gatefold cover. These are hard to find in nice condition as they show wear easily. This one is nice, although it does show some wear also. The bottom back seam has a small split and flaking of the slick of about an inch or so in the middle of the bottom. There are no other seams splits. There is some light wear to the cover and there is light writing on the inside of the gatefold cover. The owner inked her name plus also adjusted the marital status of the boys. Even with these imperfections, the cover is pretty nice and grades VG+.
The vinyl has not been play tested. There are some light scratches, etc. On side 1, there is a larger scuffed area in the "Do You Want To Know A Secret" grooves. Vinyl grades VG.
The labels are flat black with silver print and a silver oval Vee Jay logo. Of course this label is numbered VJ 1062 as Vee Jay used the "Introducing The Beatles" LP for this issue. The labels are pretty clean, as there is no writing nor any stickers on them. There is some spindle wear noticeable around the spindle hole.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. US BIDDERS ONLY.
Buyer pays $4 for shipping and handling.
