Rare , original, and STILL SEALED!

The jacket cover has a special paper strip at the right side (with song titles & "complete lyrics enclosed" )  which appears to be pasted on, which I assume only came with  DEMO copies of Songs of Leonard Cohen Columbia sent to a few shops.
On the back, there is a sticker which reads "For Demonstration Use Only, Not For Sale," 

I can't imagine you can find a better copy of this LP.
