Sonny Boy Williamson & The Yardbirds Live at the Crawdaddy Club, Fontana 1965 Mono Original TL5277

Original first press copy on with stiff laminated sleeve, and vinyl in VG condition. Copies like this are getting very hard to find now! This record was sold to me as part of a collection, and a lot of the records in that collection were played a few times then stored. In very good and playable shape and came from a very good source. 

Grading;

The record:  General: The vinyl is in VG Condition. It has the typical harlining and and occasional mark, and one small feelable scratch parallel to the 1 on the label on tracks 4/5 on side 1. However it plays fully without skips and sounds very nice. Very minor surface noise but that must be expected on a record of this age.  Play tested and sounds as it would have done when it was bought.

The labels: Graded EX  Black Fontana labels. No marks no writing, some centre hole spindling.

Matrix numbers: 681527 1-L / 681527 2-L

The Sleeve: Graded as VG+. Some very mild natural storage wear to edges and spine, white mark on the front bottom,  but no splits, and no biro defacing. All straight and sharp. Very good example of a 50 year old LP.

The inner: original die cut paper inner is VG+. Slightly browned with age, but no splits.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
