Description

This auction is for the Classic Records reissue of Sonny Clark's Cool Struttin'. The record was mastered by Bernie Grundman and was pressed onto the Classic Records 200-gram Quiex vinyl with the SV-P ("superior vinyl profile"). Classic made every attempt to recreate the aesthetics of the original release, down to the deep groove on each side of the record, and the gold STEREO sticker on the front of the jacket.

There are light spindle marks that were present on each label when I opened the record (see photos), as well as a tiny corner bump and a scuff on the jacket. Otherwise, the record is pristine.

This record was play-graded, using the Goldmine grading system. I grade conservatively, as I would rather have you pleasantly surprised than disappointed.

This record comes from my personal collection. It has been ultrasonically cleaned and sleeved in a new MoFi inner. The record jacket will be placed in a new 3mil outer sleeve and the record will be shipped in the sleeve behind the jacket to prevent seam splits. Although I am new to selling on eBay, I have sales and feedback on Discogs, reddit, and the Steve Hoffman forums. Please message me for details, as I’m happy to provide my profile info.
