Description

This is the deep-groove RVG-stamped second “P”-pressing of Sonny Clark “Sonny’s Crib” on the West 63rd (Inc., R) labels of Blue Note BLP 1576. Side I has two light, inaudible handling marks at the beginning of Track 1; Side 2 has an inaudible scuff at the beginning of Track 1 and another light inaudible scuff at the center; otherwise, it has a high luster, perhaps played once or twice. The laminated West 63rd cover is exceptionally bright and clean throughout, with just a 1/8” nick at the top of the spine.
