Description

A overall nice copy of this record, which was cut in Los Angeles on 28 July 1925 by this early West Coast jazz band. Nice shine on both sides, a little evidence of light needle wear on "B" side which does not seem to affect play, with a few scuffs mainly towards the end of the side. Little evidence of wear on the "A" side, a few small scrapes. Plays well with some background hiss, excellent fidelity and loud and clear. There is very slight distortion on loud passages , a little more on "Bogloosa", not enough to affect listening pleasure. A very rare and desirable record indeed and in generally good condition, far better than average on visual and playing condition.
