Sonny Daye Sly, Slick & Wicked Givin’ Up On Love 45 Rare Modern Soul Latin Funk Grail! SUPER RARE LOW RIDER MODERN SOUL 45 THAT HAS NOT COME UP FOR SALE IN MANY YEARS! Please read full description this is a mega rare grail and as a lifelong record collector and dealer this is the first copy I have ever found. This was a private press and was only pressed once in a small quantity and was sold at their gigs that usually were in the Latin community at events like low rider car shows.
GRADES AT VG HAS LOTS OF SURFACE SCUFFS AND LIGHT SCRATCHES. “Givin’ Up ON Love” side has one deep scratch (Visible in pictures) that produces a audible pop. It plays though fine. Plays well with moderate surface noise at beginnings and is heard on the quiet parts. Both sides play through without any skips. Cleaned and play tested on my Techniques turntable a few times. As a fellow collector of old, rare 45s the sound isn’t too offensive to listen to and is tolerable for playing. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED AS IS. I PHOTOGRAPHED IT IN THE SUN AT AN ANGLE TO MAKE ALL THE IMPERFECTIONS TOTALLY VISIBLE.
