Description

Sonny Rollins - Plus 4 - Prestige 7038 vinyl LP (1956).
Original mono first pressing with yellow and black 446 W. 50th St. NYC fireworks label with deep groove and handwritten RVG in the matrix.  
Original kakubushi frame cover with Tom Hannan purple and red design.
Vinyl - good/fair -  a bit dull, lots of marks, some feelable, plays with persistent background noise, but no skips and still sounds OK.
Cover - good - lots of overall wear, some seam splitting at top and bottom, but good spine and graphics are still OK.  See photos.
An absolute classic, impossible to find first pressing - with Sonny, Clifford Brown, Max Roach, Richie Powell, and George Morrow.
