Description
Sonny Rollins - The Bridge, a 1962 UK 1st Press mono copy released on the RCA Victor black label, no RD-7504
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl has retained a wonderful glossy lustre with a few small scuff marks which make no impact on playback. Clean labels and spindle holes - graded EX
Playtest reveals a detailed mono sound, clear and clean with immediacy and presence. It plays through beautifully with no issues.
The flipback laminate sleeve is clean & solid overall with discolouration to the spine area in particular plus the usual age related corner rubbing. Mild ringwear and a few creases. There are a couple of letters written in ink to the rear plus a retailer stamp - see photos.
No stains, tears, splits or tape repairs.
The original heavyweight Emitex type inner sleeve is present & is still doing a great job!
Record will be sent separated out to prevent transit splits.
