Description
Up for auction is Sonny Rollins - Vol. 2 on Blue Note Records, BLP 1558. While this is an original RVG / Ear pressing with the W. 63rd adress, it is the very first Mono reissue, or 2nd pressing, from 1958 with NYC in the address on labels. VINYL is in VG condition, but does show visible signs of play wear and scuff marks. The most noticeable hairline mark being on Side 2 track 1. I've attempted to highlight this in the photos. Plays thru without skips and low background noise. SLEEVE is in VG+ condition with some light corner wear, most noticeably on the upper spine-side corner on the back of the cover. You can see some ringwear present, as well. Please see photos. Overall a VG copy to add to your collection...until a true first press comes within reach, of course. Please bid confidently.
