Here we have a real find - an original 1958 Mono Sonny Rollins - Way Out West on the Contemporary Vogue label.
The Matrix Numbers are; VMGT-1324-1B VGMT-1325-1B - see photos.
The vinyl has been Degritter cleaned and has come up in superb condition for the age as the pictures show with no visible marks. The vinyl sits flat with clean labels and spindle holes.We have graded Excellent.
Playback was vibrant, clean and very dynamic as these old mono recordings usually are. The midrange is superb. No issues whatsoever.
The fully laminate outer sleeve is also in really great shape with minimal laminate lift just beginning near the spine and a few creases. Slight age related rubbing to corners and light ringwear. Otherwise very clean with no writing, stains, tears or tape. A strong VG+.
Complete with original poly lined inner sleeve.
