Sonoton LIBRARY "Life at the Top" John Fiddy LP Funk Breaks RARE NM
Hello Folks! Back again with one of my best lists yet. Due to an impending move, I'll be unloading a sizeable portion of my collection over the coming weeks. This week I have up for auction a great collection of well over 200 very rare and obscure Library LP's from all over the world (UK, North America, France, Germany, Italy, etc) of which a great deal rarely ever turn up for sale, especially in such incredible condition! These are not just any random Library titles, all were handpicked from label runs and represent some of the best these labels have to offer. A diverse cross-section of genres is represented from funk to electronics to psych to exotica to cosmic to disco, etc. (even break/sample material for DJ's/Producers) so there should be something for everybody. The vast majority are unused/unplayed stock in perfect condition. Thanks!Auction is for a RARE ORIGINAL GERMAN PRESSING of JOHN FIDDY & SAMMY BURDSON'S "LIFE AT THE TOP" LP on Sonoton Recorded Music Library (Cat. #SON 165). Killer release on Sonoton featuring two of the top composers on the label and featuring a wealth of tremendous stuff. The album opens with the killer acoustic guitar led funk of "Diplomatic Exchange" and ends with the great blaxploitation funk groove of "Industrial Fanfare". In addition, there's a monster uptempo jazz dancer with electric piano entitled "Union 1" and of course the break cut "Life at the Top 4" which is a full minute of hard, crisp open drums and nothing but that's just waiting to be sampled. One of my favorites on the label and this is a beautiful copy… Cover and vinyl are flawless! Top archive copy!

*PLEASE NOTE: Buyers from FRANCE, ITALY & RUSSIA must pay for registered shipping with tracking (XpressPost service) on any purchase, cost is approx. $55-60 to ship 1 LP with this service to the aforementioned countries. If you've bought from me before though you may be exempt; please inquire to confirm.
*EVERY package with a value of $200 or more will require registered XpressPost service with tracking (buyer to pay actual cost - please inquire for the specific rates). XpressPost within Canada can cost as little as a few dollars more while a package to the U.S. is approx. $20 more and for International destinations rates start at about $50 for 1 LP ($60+ for Japan, Australia, Asia, etc). Please note that ALL International packages over 2kg ship via XpressPost (as small packet air is only for parcels under 2kg) hence International postage rates almost doubling at 2-3kg's as listed above.
