Rare 1960 1st UK issue of this classic album ...........Soul Battle ........with Oliver Nelson , King Curtis and Jimmy Forrest.....on Esquire 32-189 textured labels with Front Laminated Flipback Cover and VAN GELDER in deadwax both sides .....in lovely overall condition....

The vinyl has light hairlines ......  a little background noise on run ins and between tracks ......plays very nicely all the way through with no skips , sticks or jumps  .......... terrific powerful sound from this 1960 original 1st UK issue.....visual VG++ and audio VG++ to EX....sounds great

The Front Laminated Flipback Cover is in VG++ condition..........see pics ....

Esquire 32-189 textured labels in superb condition ......see pics.......hand - etched PRLP 7223 A and PRLP 7223 B Matrices with machine - etched VAN GELDER in deadwax both sides ...... rare 1960 original 1st UK issue.....in lovely overall condition....
