Soul Brothers Six - Some Kind Of Wonderful/ I'll Be Loving You
(Atlantic 584118 UK 7" 1967)
This is a UK original 7" single pressing. The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has red "Atlantic" labels which have a 3 pronged centre. It has 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrix stampers. It comes with its original company plain paper sleeve.
A genuine UK original 7" pressing. A fantastic single! Two great tracks! The B-side is a well established Northern Soul track. It is a great track. This single did not sell particularly well in the UK at the time. Therefore, UK originals of this single are quite rare. I have some other rare & collectible 1960's UK 7" Singles & LP's for sale. So please see my other listings.
Vinyl: There is a very light 3 cm hairline surface rub mark on the A-side. This is not that noticeable under a strong light. There is a very mild 1.5 cm hairline surface mark on the A-side too. There is a light 2 cm hairline surface mark on the B-side, & a 2 cm hairline surface rub mark on the B-side too. Both of these are not that noticeable under a strong light. Otherwise, there are some light, mild, very mild or very minor surface sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can only be seen under a strong light. Overall, Very Good condition. The labels are in Very Good+ condition. There is a very small circular sticker stain on the A-side label (see photo). Otherwise, mild spindle wear. The company paper sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear, fading & creasing. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this 7" single. It plays Very Good+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places. There are no clicks or pops. Overall, a very decent audio copy.
All gradings adhere to UK "Record Collector" specifications. Please be aware that I am an experienced record dealer of 25+ years. Therefore, all gradings will be completely accurate. So please bid with confidence.
