Description
Great Grand Rapids Michigan mid-sixties Garage Psych Rock! The Soulbenders do the song Hey Joe. It came out in 1967. The other side is I Can't Believe In Love. Both sides play great. It is a U.S. release on Phantasm Records (2530), which is in the same family as the much sought after Fenton Records, yellow label with black logo and black print. Although this is on Phantasm instead of Fenton, it was recorded at the Fenton studio and the catalog number falls in with the Fenton releases. These songs are not included on the recent Fenton Records boxed set. This has some great organ work from Aris Hampers on both sides. The vinyl is a strong VG++ and some would say NM with full gloss left. The label is VG++ with very minor wear and no writing or stickers. The picture sleeve is an easy VG and maybe better. It has a tiny, 1/2 inch split on the bottom and other wise just shows normal rubbing wear - no writing or stickers. I'm starting it a low minimum bid and no reserve!
