Description

Up for grabs as a copy of Soundgarden’s Ultramega OK. This was released on SST records in 1988. This is Soundgarden‘s first full length record following their EP Screaming Life. This is an original pressing as indicated by the “full flower” label. As you can see the label is colored in. Future releases would only have the flower partially colored. This also includes the insert which is extremely hard to find let alone in near mint condition like the one included here.


Vinyl Condition: album is graded excellent only due to the fact that it has a couple very very light spindle marks on the label. The record looks virtually unplayed. If I were to guess it was played maybe a handful of times. It is very hard to find a first pressing of this in such good shape.


Cover Condition: cover condition is excellent. Some very minor shelfware. The only negative mark I would give this is on the very bottom of the cover there is a small seam split. You can see this in the last photo I provided. The split has not gone all the way through by any means, but it is still something that needs to be pointed out. Really that is the only flaw across the board.


Insert Condition: near mint.

Record will be properly shipped using a sturdy cardboard record mailer. Record will be placed in a Mobile Fidelity antistatic, protective inner sleeve, and placed outside of the cover to ensure no additional splits. Both record and cover will then be placed in a resealable Japanese outer sleeve for extra protection.
