Hello! Up for your consideration is an awesome 1964 album "The Sounds of the Silly Surfers and the Weird-ohs". These were usually mail order, they made model kits you could build of all the Silly Surfers and the Weird-ohs with their hot rods. It is a very unique album, much like a lot of 60's surf rock. One side is the Silly Surfers and one side is the Weird-ohs. This record is hard to find, and it is monaural, not stereo. The inner record liner is still there, has very cool graphics and also the song lyrics, and in very good condition. There are no tears, only a few creases around the edges. The outer sleeve is in very good shape; the only issues being the remnants of a store price sticker and a small ink letter written in the upper right corner, and there is some sort of slightly sticky residue on the front over the third from left character's ("Hodad") picture. I was not sure how to remove it, and it doesn't show much but you can feel it. Otherwise the cover is in great shape and the white areas are still very white. I would consider the record's condition to be very good +, it appears to have been played only a few times if at all.
All in all this is a very cool record, in good shape, that would be a great addition to a vintage collection. The neat thing about this is also that the musical composition was done by Jimmy Haskell and Gary Usher, Gary Usher produced music for The Hondells ("Little Honda") and the Byrds ("Turn, Turn, Turn") in the 60's and 70's, and he also wrote "409" performed by the Beach Boys. He was very prominent in the Surf music scene at the time.
