WHEN THE ROLL IS CALLED UP YONDER 2:11 THE MINISTRY The King's Preachers are four ministers (and one minister's wife) from central Illinois and Indiana, each serving a local congregation in a full-time capacity. The Quartet was organized in 1973 out of a natural love of music and desire for evan- gelism. Each of the five have a previous quartet background. Dave and Pat sang with the Sonlight Singers of Berea, Ky.; Norman was a member of the Preachers Four Quartet; Raymie and Bill toured with the Calvarymen Quartet from Johnson Bible College. Concerned especially for smaller congregations, the quartet desires to preach and sing for Christ as a mission outreach. This can only be done with the com- plete, loving support of each of our congregations - to whom we are most apprec- iative and thankful. The Quartet's only interest and purpose is to present Jesus to a lost and dying world. May this record keep you always "Looking Up" to Him. THE MESSAGE The King's Preachers are "Looking Up" toward heaven in anticipation of the second coming of Christ. The signs of the time all point toward His eminent re- turn, and we know that our "Redemption Draweth Nigh". "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder," we want to be there with all of God's children, who have heard and answered His call. So "Until Then", the King's Preachers will keep singing the Good News that "The King is Coming". Our prayer is that this record will keep you "Looking Up" as the day of the Lord approaches.
