- Particulars: Original first printing, silk-screen poster. Limited edition of 750 hand-signed and numbered by Coop. Dimensions are approx. 22.5 X 35.
Coop was one of the leading poster artists of the 1990s, creating numerous images for countless bands and venues. His art is a style you either love or hate, containing images that some find offensive and others find hilarious. His calling card in most cases is imagery of big-breasted women doing SNM acts, but is probably most famous for his “Devil Face,” an iconic image that can be seen from posters to Zippo lighters. Love or hate him, Coop is a powerhouse of the poster society and of the artistic world, his caricatures are second to none, and his color use is vibrant and daring.
