Description

This item is a near mint condition, original factory sealed LP of the Southern Tropical Harmony Steel Band's "Limbo Party" [AFSD-5967] on Audio Fidelity Records (U.S.) released in 1962. Side One consists of various steel band songs and Side Two is one track titled "Limbo", which was the dance craze at the time of release of this album. The band hails from Trinidad and the music is authentic. The liner notes give you information about steel drums and there is even instructions on how to build a Limbo Pole. The sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some light edge and ring wear and a small strip of shrink wrap is missing from the front. There is also a little pucker on that spot. It's in excellent condition for a 55 year old disc in this sealed condition.
