in Plain White Paper Company Sleeve (It Has A Tape Spot and Small Light Brown Dot Spots).

With Picture Sheet incl. Lyrics.

This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "Oct 5" are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is EX Minus(Play Areas are Nice, Label White Part Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots), Picture Sheet is VG (It Has A 3 cm Tear on Photo 3 and 4, A Tape Spot and Small Light Brown Dot Spots).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
