Description

Originally released in 1958 on the Decca label (SXL 2045) Franz Schubert's C Major (The Great) Symphony is widely considered one of the Austrian composer's finest work.  The original (Decca) pressing is always sought after not just for the audio but for the performance as well. If you're lucky enough to find one in Near Mint condition you'll probably also be paying a considerable amount of money for it.  Fortunately Speakers Corner in Germany reissued this Lp several years ago and made it more easily obtainable for all those who had been searching endlessly for a vintage copy.
