Description
Here we have an original copy of "En El Maravilloso Mundo De Ingeson" by the Colombian group The Speakers on the Mexican Polydor label from 1969. It’s featured in Hans Pokora’s 1001 Record Collector Dreams (where it gets 4 out of 6 discs for rarity). These guys were Colombia’s wildest and most prolific psych band, and this album is one of their best.
The cover is a very solid VG++ with a small cutout hole in the lower right, a little creasing here and there, and minor wear/flaking to the corners. And except for the cutout, the inner pages are beautiful – it’s a gatefold with a full color six-page booklet in the center. As elaborate a package as any famous band of the era – truly one of "the eight wonders of the psych LP world"!
The disc is not quite as clean, but is still pretty nice; I’d put it between VG+ and VG++. Side 1 looks very tidy with just a few visual scuffs and audible scratches on a couple tracks. Side 2 has a weird look like someone had tried to "polish" part of it; you can still hear noise/scratches on the first couple of songs.

This was first booted under a different name and with some of the interior graphics on the cover, and created quite a stir at the time. But this copy is an ORIGINAL, and very tough to locate!
