with A Japanese Linernotes/Lyrics Sheet (Having Light Brown Dot Spots Overall).
This Is Promo Label =Sample Issue Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample", "Not for Sale" and Release Date "5 April" are Printed on Both Labels, Small Sample Sticker is on The Front of OBI Strip.Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (Having Light Brown Dot Spots and Ring-wears on Back), Back of OBI Has Creases, Light Brown Dot Spots are on Overall).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
