Description

This is a part of my big auction Rockabilly/Country & Early Rock N' Roll 7" 45's. I have records from Specialty, Roulette, Dot and several really small labels up for sale this week. Release: Jerry Byrne – Lights Out / Honey Baby

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1958


Notes: Yellow & black label first pressing. Second and best known single by this singer out of Louisiana who was signed immediately after playing with Little Richard. The A-side is a "blistering rocker" as described by Wikipedia. B-side is more of a jangly guitar track. 


Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Labels are nice with original gloss, no tearing/stickers. This is a top notch copy overall.


Sleeve Condition: VG-, original company sleeve has some wear and wrinkling as well as some micro tearing at the top. There is also some mild discoloration and right side split, but even with the wear it displays pretty well.
