Description
This is part of a big auction of mainly Specialty Records 7" 45's. Specialty recorded many great artists in the blues, R&B & gospel genres among others. All of those will be represented. There will also be a nice selection of rare bonus listings.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1959
Notes: White & label first pressing with SAMPLE and NOT RETURNABLE stamps on the back which leads me to believe this was sent out as a promo copy. The one and only record by this group. Definitely has a doo-wop beat, but the vocals are unusual. This is one that definitely grows on you. Tough to find record.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all, just a couple of tiny surface scuffs. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all. Labels are nice with original gloss, no tearing/stickers. There are some promo stamps that were cutoff (probably originally stamped in another sleeve) This is a nice copy overall.
Sleeve Condition: VG, has some light wrinkles and about 1/2 split on left side. A small pencil number on the back, but decent shape overall.
