Spermbirds - Something To Prove LP US Version Boner Records Hardcore Punk VG+ . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
This Boner Records release is the first and only US pressing of this record. There are UK and German versions that predate it by 1 and 2 years, respectively.
The record looks really good with less than the usual number of scratches. In fact, there are only a handful of scratches on either side and they all look to be firmly in the 'Very Light' category, though a couple of them are quite long. This record likely still sounds great! VG+
The insert is in near perfect condition, however, it does have one very faint, yellowish smudge. (about the size of a finger tip) There are also tiny (less than a half centimeter) bends in a couple of the corners. Honestly, they are so small that I wouldn't even be mentioning them if there was more damage to speak of, on this insert. Overall the insert still rates VG++ but it would rate higher if not for the faint smudge.
The cover still looks really good from front and back. There is Very Light ring wear, just barely visible on the top middle of front and back. There is one long (3 to 4 inches) vein on the top right corner of the front, but it is very faint. The back side has a matching one. Apart from that there are only a handful of veins and they are all short, faint, insignificant, and located near the top and left edges. There is a tiny (half an inch in length) bend in the bottom left corner. The spine edge has Moderate, leaning towards Severe, damage, and about half of the title text is worn away. That edge has the worst of the damage on this entire cover, and if you are not looking at that edge, it still looks great! Overall I would rate it VG+ despite the spine wear.
