Ultra rare Christian AOR/Yacht Rock/Modern Soul from Tulsa, Oklahoma. 9 tracks. Includes original inner sleeve with printed lyrics.

Record: VG+ (a few very light sleeve marks)
Jacket (please see photos!): VG (visible ring wear on front; very light ring wear on back; light corner wear; light edge wear; light price sticker residue on front/lower left and back/lower right)
Regarding my grading:
I try to be conservative with my grading. Most people who receive items from me say that the condition is better than described.
Comes from a smoke free home. Most items I sell are from my personal collection, so they have been well cared for while I've owned them.
