Spirit is the California Psych Rock band that in 1968 was the headliner on tour and Led Zeppelin used to open for, before they made it big. Spirit's song Taurus (included here on side one) became a controversy when they filed suit againstLed Zeppelin claiming they stole the instrumental open of that song to write Stairway to Heaven. This is a 1968 1st pressing on the Ode label cat # Z12 44004 The vinyl is a strong near mint The jacket is VG++ or Excellent.
