Spiritualized "Lazer Guided Melodies" 2xLP 1992

Hi there.  Up for auction is the 2xLP, 45 rpm, Lazer Guided Melodies by Spiritualized released in 1992 on Dedicated (DEDLP 004).

Please read the following descriptions -- especially those of the vinyl. The vinyl is play-graded in the hopes of giving you the best idea possible of what you're likely to hear when you get this home and put it on your system (with that said, please keep in mind that each system will sound different and reveal different details).  Also this does not include the additional 7" that occasionally comes with this release.

The COVER is VG.  There are no seam splits, tears, writing, or punch holes.  However the front cover does reveal about a dozen small (1/4 - 1/2") creases running along the edges. As well there is a 3" crease that runs along the upper right hand corner and a 11/2" crease on the bottom left hand corner.  The back cover also has approximately 12 small creases along the edges, a larger, yet light,  21/2" crease on the upper left hand corner and a very slight water stain on the lower right hand corner.  The corners are worn and in general there is a light kind of ring wear/indentation from where the jacket has been pressed against the vinyl.  The cover has a kind of laminate which in two small 1" sections has been removed (I'm guessing from where stickers once were) but it's not terribly noticeable. 

The PICTURE SLEEVES are present and in VG/VG+ condition.  Like the cover they have a kind of ring wear from where they press against the vinyl.  There is a small seam split on the top of the red and green sleeve and a small split on the bottom of the black and blue sleeve.  On the back side of the black and blue inner sleeve there is a 2"x 2" area where some of the black has been lightly rubbed away.  In general both sleeves have small creases and light general wear.

In general the VINYL is VG.  Side B is G (please read the following description as to why).  There are no skips on either LPs and both are flat and still maintain a decent gloss. However, under a bright, direct light they do reveal a fair amount of very fine, hairline marks.  Please read the following breakdown for each side plays:

SIDE A:  VG/VG+  The first side will reveal surface noise (light popping, static-y noise) that is most audible between songs and during quieter passages.
SIDE B:  G/VG  For the most part, Side B sounds like Side A.  However, at the end of first song ("Run") and the beginning of the second ("Smiles") the static-y popping noise becomes much more pronounced.  ALSO (and please note) midway through "Smiles" a mark causes unmistakable popping for about 4 seconds.  LIKEWISE towards the end of "Step Into The Breeze" there is unmistakable popping for about 3 seconds.  On my system these distractions do not cause skipping and are relatively short lived but they are definitely present.
SIDE C:  VG  Light popping and crackling is pretty consistent through the first 40 seconds or so of "Take Your Time" but then subsides producing the occasional light pop.  "Shine A Light" plays nice, some light popping at the start, which subsides with the rest of the song sounding really nice.
SIDE D:  VG  Moderate popping comes and goes throughout "Angel Sigh". Essentially it's most noticeable during quiet passages (particularly during the first half of the song) and definitely less so when the bigger guitars kick in during the choruses.  "Sway" has some surface noise at the beginning but then clears up and plays nice.  "200 Bars" produces some crackling at during the first 20 seconds or so but clears up. About 2 minutes and 40 seconds into the song there is about 3 seconds of moderate popping, otherwise the track sounds nice.

A personal note:  I'm not looking to purchase a golden yacht via vinyl sales on Ebay.  As a result, I'm trying to grade this LP as fair as possible.  It's important to me that you spend you're money well and with confidence. 
As well, let me say that while I think, in general, the LPs play rather well, if you are looking for an incredibly clean, mint copy, this one is not what you are looking for.  I wish it was but it's simply taken on too much wear over the last 18 years.
